A French children's school dress in thick linen, dating from the late 1800s or early 1900s. Noted flaws - uneven faded colour throughout, extensive hand repairs throughout, particularly at the centre front and sleeves, various ingrained marks throughout, the hem has been taken up at some point, missing the original chest pocket, replacement repairs at the mid sleeve, mismatched buttons - please see photos. Beautifully made, freshly laundered, attached back belt, excellent quality, beautiful thick fabric, great repairs, texture and fading, please compare the measurements provided with an item of your own to ensure a good fit.
