Vintage 1970s 70s his plaid checked cream brown camp shirt hiking camping CPO thick wool 48” chest logger workwear

A thick, cream and brown wool-mix shirt by US menswear brand, h.i.s., dating from the late 1960s or early 1970s. Noted flaws - colour fading and some damage to the satin lining in the collar, small hole at the lower back left, some surface wear across the back of the shoulders - please see photos. Great condition otherwise, lined in the collar, full set of original buttons, two button down chest pockets, swallowtail collars, no materials listed, but feels like a good quality, soft wool and synthetic mix, wear as a lightweight jacket or as a thick layer, suitable for everyone.
