A cream, grey and red home knitted Cowichan style sweater, dating from the late 1960s or early 1970s. Noted flaws - some marking to the lining - please see photos. Great condition otherwise, very thick, soft 100% wool, original Lightning zipper runs smoothly, fully lined in cotton flannel, no hand pockets, excellent quality, veteran car design, appears to be home-made machine knitted rather than hand knitted, perfect for keeping cosy on summer evenings, or as a thick, warm layer in cooler weather, suitable for everyone.
