A cream, brown and red hand knitted Cowichan style sweater, dating from the late 1950s or early 1960s. Noted flaws - the zipper looks to be a replacement but runs smoothly, some marking at the collar fold, some faint marking at the centre front and upper right sleeve - please see photos. Great condition otherwise, thick, soft 100% wool, unlined, two hand pockets, excellent quality, pheasant hunting design, perfect for keeping cosy on summer evenings, or as a thick, warm layer in cooler weather, suitable for everyone.
