A tan brown, russet and deep brown knitted wool Cowichan style sweater, dating from the late 1950s or early 1960s. Noted flaws - some marking at the collar fold, some thread ends poking out here and there, marking at the centre front, cuff and pocket areas, spot marking and split armpit seam to the cotton flannel lining - please see photos. Great condition otherwise, heavy-weight 100% wool, beagle and shotgun design, original Lightning zipper runs smoothly, shawl collar, lined in brushed cotton, two hand pockets, excellent quality, hand knitted, perfect for keeping cosy on summer evenings, or as a thick, warm layer in cooler weather, suitable for everyone.
