A khaki green sateen cotton US army M-43 field jacket, dating from the mid-1940s. Noted flaws - various marks throughout, the buttons have been re-sewn at some point with slightly rough hand stitching, the contract tag is almost entirely washed out, pin prick holes from a removed patch on the left chest pocket, small hole and some marking at the right hand lower pocket area, fraying at the collar fold, cuff edges and lower hem, marked at the back left shoulder - please see photos. Soft cotton, full set of correct sized and colour buttons, including at the collar and cuffs, drawstring waist, shoulder epaulettes, storm collar, hang loop in the collar, two chest pockets, two hand pockets, original military item, suitable for men or women. Marked as a 32R, but please compare the measurements provided with an item of your own to ensure a good fit.
