Vintage Swedish military brown leather belt pouches, originally used for carrying extra ammunition, dating from the late 1930s or early 1940s. Noted flaws - verdigris residue on the rivets, which can be removed by scraping with a pointed instrument, creases, dents, curling, scuffs, marks, handwriting, uneven or patchy colour and scrapes to the leather may all be present; these pouches are 80+ years old and have been in storage for many years - they are not new items - please see photos.
You will receive a pouch selected at random, so there will be variations in the specific item, such as the exact colour, rivets at the side or beneath, stamped with numbers, three crowns or blank, but they are all essentially the same item; the photos show a range of variations.
I will condition them with leather crème before sending out, but it is possible that they will require extra care on arrival.
All have supple leather, a loop at the back to slide on to your belt, sturdily hand stitched seams, strap inside to help lift out items, perfect size for keys, wallet and phone, or small tools, snacks, whatever you fancy! Perfect for use in the garden, festivals or gigs, around town, hiking, dog walking etc.
Will fit on a belt up to 2.3”/6cm wide.
