Vintage 1930s 30s 1940s 40s WW2 French military flight suit pilot aviation Eclair zippers

A French tan brown cotton flight suit dated December 1939. Noted flaws - missing the original belt, various marks and uneven colour throughout, some wear and fraying at the ankle cuff areas, small fray at the upper edge of the knee pocket flap, two teeth missing from the lower end of the full-leg zipper - please see photos. Beautiful handwritten tag in the collar, made by the Lemercier Freres, who were pioneers in early aviation clothing, fully lined in a purple-ish brown sateen-type fabric and interlined with wadding, great storm collar, all zippers and fastenings work as they should, straight through side pockets, leg pocket, open chest pocket, solid, wearable condition, perfect for reenactment, vintage motorcycles or even your vintage ‘plane!
