A khaki green cotton US army jeep coat, dated August 1942. Noted flaws - uneven faded colour throughout, various ingrained marks throughout, particularly throughout the lower centre front, sleeves and collar area, missing the original belt, several areas of damage at the collar area - please see photos. Great condition otherwise, wool liner is in great supple condition otherwise, storm flap under the collar with original buttons, what appears to be the full set of original buttons, hang loop in the collar, two hand pockets with both pocket bags intact, all seams are solid, great fading, contract tag in the right hand pocket bag, solidly wearable original WW2 jeep coat, smaller size, suitable for everyone.
