A set of British cotton twill coveralls, dating from the mid 1940s. Noted flaws - uneven colour throughout, particularly at the backs of the ankle cuffs, the pronged buckle appears to be a replacement, missing the original contract label, small mark at the upper right sleeve - please see photos. Originally worn by the Auxiliary Territorial Service (ATS) throughout WW2, these appear to be only lightly worn and were likely produced late in the era, pocket at the right thigh, attached belt with pronged buckle at the back, single chest pocket, mandarin collar, good quality cotton twill, very faint stamp inside the front placket, full set of original buttons, perfect for LARP events or for wearing as is, freshly laundered, generally in very good condition, suitable for everyone.
