Swedish military leather and iron fobs, dating from the 1940s. Noted flaws - scratches, creases, scuffs and scrapes to the leather, verdigris at the rivets - please see photos. These leather straps were originally used in the Swedish military to carry equipment on soldiers’ belts. Very sturdily made, stamped with the Swedish three crowns, excellent quality, thick leather, copper rivet, sprung iron hook, can be worn on a belt up to 2”/5cm wide, the rivet can not be undone or taken apart.
You can clip them to a belt loop or bag, attach a split ring for keys, attach a dog lead, hang a camping lantern from it, carry muddy hiking boots or water bottles, plus lots more around the home, garden and while camping! I use one as a key fob and often clip it to my bag strap to stop them getting lost in the bottom of my bag.
