A green and brown camouflage Hungarian military Zeltbahn shelter cape. Noted flaws - various ingrained marks throughout, several small frays throughout, buttons are not all original and many are either loosely stitched or missing, vinyl tape ‘repair’ at the collar area, stamps are illegible - please see photos. Great condition otherwise, originally used as a camouflage cape and can be pegged out as a shelter, hard to date without being able to read the stamp, but I’d estimate it’s 1960s or early ‘70s from the hardwear, tabs and buttons inside to create a cape, slit armholes, great pattern, could be repurposed for creating a new garment, size free; approximately 71” from tip point to hem x 140” along the hem. Actual colour is most like image 2.
