A vibrant red wool coat with appliquéd designs, dating from the 1970s. Noted flaws - some dark marking and a small burn hole to the lining, some surface wear to the appliquéd areas, the front right end of the fur hood trim has come away, small mark at the centre front near the zip, some light surface piling throughout - please see photos. Great condition otherwise, 100% felted wool outer, original double ended Talon zipper runs smoothly, fully lined in red satin, real fur edging at the hood, cuffs and hem, two hand pockets, lovely appliqués of North American people, polar bears and an igloo around the hem, attached hood, great quality, made at the Inuvik Sewing Centre in the Canadian Arctic, suitable for everyone.
