A red and black heavyweight buffalo plaid wool mackinaw jacket by classic American outdoors brand, Woolrich, dating from the early-mid 1940s. Noted flaws - some small areas of surface damage at the back shoulders, front left collar tip and back of the collar, the inner storm cuffs have lost some stretch - please see photos. Excellent condition otherwise, thick, supple wool, lined in brown brushed cotton, lining is in good condition throughout, classic 503 model, full set of original buttons and branded press studs, storm collar with original chin strap, two chest pockets, two hand warmers and two lower pockets, straight through back pocket, inner storm cuffs, excellent quality, classic American buffalo plaid jacket, excellent condition for its age, weighs over 2kg, suitable for everyone.
