A conker-brown leather Swedish military map shoulder bag, dating from the mid-late 1930s or early 1940s. Noted flaws - scuffs, stains, dents, crazing and scrapes to the leather throughout, mottled marking throughout - please see photos. Excellent quality, thick but supple bridle leather, very sturdy, all hand sewn seams are solid, buckle works as it should, adjustable shoulder strap, no stamps, two main compartments inside separated by a thinner piece of leather, extra compartments for a compass, a canister or tube and pencils, weighs just under 1kg empty, excellent style.
