A purple and white gabardine varsity jacket dating from the early 1950s. Noted flaws - uneven colour fading throughout, particularly at the centre front, extensive damage to both knitted cuffs, some damge to the fabric directly next to the knits also, small fray at the left sleeve, a series of surface frays and clicks at the lower centre front, some loss of stretch to the knits, discolouration to the white stripe over the arms, mismatched buttons, some discolouration and piling the the flannel lining - please see photos. Freshly laundered, great colour and style, soft cotton flannel lining, chenille patch on the left upper arm, two hand pockets, no labels, suitable for everyone.

Length - 22"
Waist at hem - 16.5" (33" doubled)
